• Minimum cash investment of $200,000 per Diner is required depending if you are going build.

• The total capital requirements for a freestanding Diner and equipment may exceed $800,000. The capital requirements for a inline may exceed $400,000.

• We are seeking serious investors who are ready to act and succeed!

• We don’t sell Franchises but grant them based on location, financial qualifications and the personality of the prospective owner.
