The franchisors executive officers, directors and their
business experience is as follows

Kenneth E. Higginbotham, CEO and President Mr. Higginbotham started his first business in 1965 and has been
self employed since then. After selling a highly successful manufacturing
company he purchased a family restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona in
June of 1980. After turning this restaurant into a very successful
one, he purchased the failing 5 & Diner located
at 16 ST. and Colter in central Phoenix in January of 1989. That
restaurant has seen sales increase 1,000% since Mr. Higginbotham
acquired it. It has become one of the more popular restaurants
in the Phoenix area. In 1992 Mr. Higginbotham started franchising
5 & Diners through out the United States.
Today he is actively involved in all aspects of the company’s
management.
Jon Higginbotham is the Vice President of 5 & Diner. He has been associated with 5 & Diner for more than 10 years in varied capacities. As Vice President
he has a broad spectrum of involvement in 5 & Diner operations including franchisees
and overall direction of 5 & Diner.
Don Allio is Vice President of Franchise Operations - He joined 5 & Diner Corporation in January of 2007 as Director of Franchise Development. August 1st Mr. Allio was promoted to VP of Franchise Operations.
Mr. Allio has over 40 years of experience in the Restaurant Industry. He started with McDonalds Restaurants in 1966 as a crew person peeling and blanching
French Fry’s. He worked his way up to a General Manager, then went on to various mid
Management positions and Dept Head positions in Operations and Training in New York,
California and Michigan. He then went to Chicago as Director of Training, where he served as Dean of Hamburger University, and Director of World Wide Training. Then in 1987 he went to Kansas City Kansas as Regional Manager and in 1988 was promoted to Regional Vice President.
Mr. Allio had total responsibility for 5 states Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, and
Oklahoma. He had 350 McDonalds, a staff of 70 people, 80 Owner/Operators and
Sales of over $470,000,000. Mr. Allio’s and his region was the Region that created the Combination Meals as it exists today thru out the Fast Food Restaurant industry.
Mr. Allio retired from McDonalds in 2001.
Richard Wylie is the Corporate Chef. Mr. Wylie
has spent 23 years in the food service industry. He has been a
United States Navy mess specialist, worked at the Phoenician Resort,
Crescent Hotels, and the Cheesecake Factory. Mr. Wylie has also
been a Culinary Instructor for the state of Guanajuato in Mexico.
His experiences as a Chef, Corporate kitchen trainer, and Culinary
Instructor give Mr. Wylie the experience necessary to direct the
food operations for the 5 & Diner.
